Dr. Edious was an extremely good oral surgeon, so this review will not apply to him. I would like this to be filed as a complaint regarding this location's service: For the past month, I have had complications with the staff, particularly customer service. First, I was under the impression that they accepted my insurance as in-network, only to find out this was not the case. Furthermore, I was not told that I would have to pay the charges for the surgery in full before I received my reimbursement. I had to find this out by playing "phone tag" between this location and my insurance. I have social anxiety disorder, so this was a more stressful process than it should be, more than it should've been. During this time, a few individuals have been rude to me via phone calls and were aware that I was in distress during these phone calls. Second, I was also told that the reimbursement would be delivered to the oral surgery location, and I had the choice of them delivering it to me or I pick it up at their location. Because I am an independent under someone else's insurance, I asked them to specify that I was making the payment and needed this to be delivered to my address and not the subscriber's address. When reaching out to both this institution and my insurance, turns out that not only will this not be sent to the oral surgery's location or my address, but the check is under the subscriber's name. If the oral surgery filled out the reimbursement form correctly, line 35 would have stated that "this refund must be refunded to [my name] at [my address] instead of the subscriber's name and address, since she made the payment." I am currently in the process of trying to void the reimbursement and have it be delivered at my location but had this location's customer service done their job, or at least communicated more thoroughly, I would not be in this time-consuming mess. I was also instructed to fill out the reimbursement form myself since this was "something out of their capabilities." This was the responsibility of the services, not mine. If my wisdom teeth weren't disrupting my day-to-day life at the time, I would have been more careful with setting up an appointment at this institution. Lastly, the lack of sympathy for this location made the experience all the more painful. Maybe this doesn't apply to all of those within customer service, but a few of the employees have been rude to me and those who advocated on my behalf due to my social anxiety. For those considering going to this location, I highly recommend Dr. Edious but recommend saving your mentality and avoiding this place until their customer service improves and files paperwork for insurance correctly.

Very professional and kind. I felt very comfortable and not judged at all whatsoever. Its been about 10 years since my last dentist visit so i am in need of some oral health improvements. I went there very apprehensive because "who looks forward to having a tooth out" ? The office girls were very friendly and helpful. Then they took me to have an ex-ray. Their devices are so modern and easy to use. Last stop... Meet the Dr. and have him discuss what he felt was the proper way to proceed. He was so easy to talk to and down to earth. Finally went in to make the appointment. The young lady in there was very helpful and explanatory in how the surgery would go. She took care of the insurance and booking date. When I left I was relaxed and relieved that it all went so well. I am no longer apprehensive about this facility❤️❤️❤️❤️ Debbie
