Front line personnel were pleasant, greeting me respectfully and keeping me posted on appt wait times, chart updating and payment responsibilities. All medical associates were professional, efficient, and willing to answer any question that I had without feeling rushed. Insurance estimates were provided and treatment plan was established with my input. Dr. Elliot, you were awesome, very competent, thoroughly including me in my dental plan explaining all risks and completing the procedure as planned successfully! Thank you all! Fayetteville Manlius Oral Surgery Office is phenomenal! I don’t know about anyone else but, your child having to have teeth pulled is a very scary situation. My experience here at this office was the best from the attentiveness of the nurses all the way to the experience of the Doctor. I was very pleased with the way we felt comfortable and connected to the Doctor and staff. I also felt heard and that is wonderful all on itself! Exceptional Care at Dr. Elliot's Oral Surgery Office I recently had an urgent situation that left me in excruciating pain, unable to sleep through the night. Desperate for relief, I reached out to Dr. Elliot's office, and they promptly scheduled me for the earliest appointment available. From the moment I arrived, I was met with kindness and understanding from the entire staff. The receptionest were all so amazing and took their time getting all my information and recheck everything for me. The atmosphere of the office was incredibly comforting, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Sarah was especially remarkable; her compassionate demeanor and reassuring words helped calm my anxieties immensely. She took the time to address my concerns, which truly made a difference. Dr. Elliot was also exceptional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment process and what I could expect during the procedure. His clear communication and genuine concern for my well-being were evident throughout the visit. After undergoing the extraction of two teeth while being under sedation, I woke up feeling entirely pain-free, a remarkable relief after my initial discomfort. I cannot recommend Dr. Elliot's office highly enough. The combination of attentive staff and skilled professionals is something you won’t find anywhere else.
