The assistant, that brought me into the office was pleasant. I waited 5-10 minutes for Dr. Elliott. We got on with the consultation which was very thorough with what I needed, what to expect & recovery. He was very pleasant. The last step- got scheduled, understood what I need to do to prepare. I understood that claim paperwork will be submitted to my insurance.
