Office staff is the best! Dr Elliot friendly, professional, and eased all my worries

Our daughter has a huge fear of needles so it was a very stressful morning having her wisdom teeth removed. The ENTIRE staff and Fayetteville Manlius Oral Surgery went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help our daughter from start to finish. Everyone introduced themselves to our daughter and explained what was happening and when it was happening to help calm her. I can not say enough how compassionate, understanding, and patient this practice is. Dr. Elliot is professional, kind, understanding and made our daughter feel at ease. I actually am at a loss for words : I first came here on an emergency basis they didn’t have openings until 12/23 but after talking to the receptionist she fit me in that day , every person in that office was kind and fun and caring then I met the Doctor he was so pleasant caring compassionate I can’t even describe , they went above and beyond for me. I wish they made more people like them. I came from Fayetteville Smiles which was a Horrible experience ( and they are the reason I ended up loosing a tooth ) and as it stands I may loose another. Thank you Dr Elliot and all your staff. Today you fit me in because my second tooth that was treated by Fayetteville Smiles is also now pretty infected. !!! Dr Elliot saw me today and recognize that my other tooth was infected and prescribed me antibiotics. I cannot thank this company enough for how the way that they have treated me This is a true testimonial thank all of you.!
