The doctor was amazing and the woman at the front desk were great. However i had gone there for my first ever tooth related sedation which reasonably left me with alot of anxiety. For whatever reason i dont know maybe she was having a rough morning you never no what someone is going theough at home. I am not trying to get anyone fired but i do believe she needs to remember that she needs to leave those problems at home with the career she has. The nurse was very unsettling and not welcoming whatsoever. I have been sedated in the hospital for MRI’s before and theyd just clip my acrylic short, or have me pop one finger nail off…instead of coming up with any solutions her immediate reaction to my nails were “yea we’re going to have to reschedule, you cant have nails it doesn't work!!” but i waited sense before thanksgiving of 2024 for that appointment i wasnt losing my spot over a nail!! So i popped one off and had her redo the scan and after that she wouldnt make small talk she wouldnt ask me if i was ok or comfortable (she never did once) she told me to “roll your sleeve up past your elbow!” In a very careless tone she made it seem like she just wanted to get it over with. Nothing a nurse who was doing her job passionately or to her business’s standards was said to treat her client the best she could. This interaction really bothered me once the doctor came in and immediately made me feel at home he asked me how i was feeling asked me about so much. I will totally be coming back here!!! I wont let one rotten apple ruin the rest of a good batch!:)) i did feel the need to leave a review hoping someone will reach out to that nurse in regards of making sure shes okay most nurses with these negative interactions need some form of help/guidance or are just flat out abusing their power. I think you should give this place try and if you run into someone like that nurse dont hesitate to let her no you dont feel comfortable like i hesitated to do i am sure that played into the rotten interaction!!:)

Great run office. The staff is very professional, and courteous. The process is streamlined and very efficient. Dr Elliot is also efficient but took the extra time to review my films with me and field my questions. All and all, it was one of the best medical/dental visits I’ve had in along time and I’m a medical professional.
