I suffered severe complications after my wisdom tooth extraction surgery that resulted in multiple ER visits and ultimately a second surgery needed by an ENT surgeon. The nurses were extremely compassionate during this time period. In my multiple follow-ups with Dr Elliot, I felt like my concerns and issues weren’t taken seriously. He often seemed aloof in my interactions with him, constantly needed to be reminded why I was there and my situation, and offered little to no suggestions other than to see my primary for tests (which I did and was then pushed to other specialists who would run the same tests). I felt like a number to him more than a person, which was a bummer because I had heard such great things about this office. If you have a complex oral extraction with severely impacted teeth, I would suggest looking elsewhere for a surgeon who genuinely cares about your well being
